East Masters Hockey

Regional Tournaments. 
East representative sides are organised by the persons listed below, Trials are arranged and any player of the relevant age and who lives, was born or plays their hockey in the East can apply to attend.  Ages are determined as at the end of the year in which the tournament is held and trials are usually held from February onwards.  For details of trials for any of the groups, players are advised to contact the organiser. At Regional Tournaments, further selection takes place for England sides at these age groups.

Please note that the women's clubs masters tournament age group has been altered to over 40s (from Over 35s) . Teams can play 2 non-club players for season 09-10. There will still be an East round (organised by Cambridge City HC - last season's winners) which is likely to be held on either 21 March or 11 April. For specific details please contact Sally Tippen, 56 Angle End, Great Wilbraham, Cambridge, CB21 5JG, 01223 880728 (H), legend_st@hotmail.co.uk. The National Final of this competition is on Sunday 18 April. Please also note that a new knock-out competition for over 35s is being organised by England Hockey, with dates prescribed. You will need to contact England Hockey if you wish to take part. At the time of going to press we understand that the finals of both these competitions are on the same weekend. However, England Hockey are looking into this.
